Very very rude. Unclear about appointments, and there is always an extended wait. Please avoid at all costs!

Have been seeing Dr. Pedicano and staff for about 3 years. They are very efficient and pleasant. They have a lot of patients so they may move swiftly, but I’ve never felt that anyone was rude. Dr. Pedicano and her nurses care about their patience and are very kind.

We have been to several allergists in the DMV and like Dr. Pedicano the best of all we've experienced. She's thoughtful in her diagnoses and very efficient. Our experience there after more than one year is that they move quickly and have a ton of patients. The result is kind of a business-like no-nonsense approach to ensuring that everyone gets the care they need. They adhere to their own guidelines and schedule, so if you're prone to show up past the cutoff time or without your epi-pen, they will send you home. With the right expectations, you will love Dr. Pedicano.

Been a patient for less than a year. Had about 3 appointments with her and everyone of them was unpleasant. She’s rude, unapologetic about having you wait for an hour and her narcissism and arrogance is disgusting.

I was treated so rudely by the receptionist and the doctor wasn't pleasant. They were not accommodating when it came to getting shots for me and my daughter. I would arrive at the door (that was locked outside) at 5:59 and I could call up to get access and the receptionist told me it was too late to get a shot. I know that wasn't true because I had been in there plenty of times when people would come up after 6 and there would be many of us sitting in the waiting room to get shots after 6! They stopped getting my money! I am very big on customer service and theirs were poor. The doctor bedside manners could have been better....just came across insensitive and smart out the mouth. No thank you!

My experience with this doctor has not been pleasant at all. She lacks bedside manner and concern for patients. She is very snappy on several occasions. It's hard enough to keep up with the scheudles of this office because they have 3 offices. You call and can't Pedicanoseem to get through and what you think is an emergency is not an emergency to her and she feels the need to tell you about yourself about it. My daughter almost died from an allergy and considering she has been on shots almost 2 years, her having a bad reaction the way she is to weather is scary. I called office several time just for the phone to ring once and go busy. So I page them and when she calls back she very annoyed that I paged her because of my daughter's emergency. She was like that once before when my daughter had a reaction to the shots that she receives. If you don't like to be bothered then why choose this profession. She has one more time to disrespect me or my daughter and I going to find a… lawyer before it escalates into something.
