Dr. Jennifer Allison Platt, MD

She is a hospitalist at Community. My dad got assigned to her... he was not Covid. He spent 6 days in the hospital. In 5 days she never even met him or talked to him! I left 4 messages for her through two doctors and two nurses.. no callback. She called all the shots on his meds and specialists that were or weren’t called in. His blood sugar was out of control due to her negligence! He’d tell nursing they weren’t giving him enough repeatedly and they would just tell him it’s all she ordered! She didn’t even order a diabetic diet! He was given French toast, orange juice, fruit cocktail and milk! Sugars at 400 during the week! Didn’t call an endocrinologist!! In 5 days had no one look at the whole reason he had to call an ambulance!!! New hospitalist assigned day 5 and 24 hours later his sugar is normal and had his original issue addressed! Run from this doctor! She ought to be banned from practicing!

My family member says Dr Platt was attentive and listened to her attentively.
