Life can be challenging and everyone deserves a safe and non-judgmental space to work through those challenges. My goal is to support and empower you along your journey of life at whatever stage you may be in. I believe that you are the expert on you so we will work together to build healthy coping skills and increase insight into becoming the best version of yourself.

As a licensed professional counselor (LPC) I have 15 yeas of experience with an emphasis in trauma informed care. My experience consists of working in a variety of settings with a diverse population. Most recently I have been providing services in a private practice setting however I also have experience in outpatient clinics, community mental health centers and in a residential programs. I have a tool box filled with skills to work with a wide range of mental health conditions such as trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem, and life transitions among others.

I take a holistic, person-centered approach …using a variety of evidenced based therapies that focuses on the whole person or couple. I believe in the power of collaboration and tailoring therapy to fit your unique needs and wants. We will work together to uncover your strengths, develop coping skills and identify goals to navigate life’s stressors with confidence. I am dedicated to helping you on your journey of growth and self-discovery. My driving force in this work is to cultivate a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can find the best version of yourself. My goal is to understand your situation from your point of view. My approach goes beyond listening and understanding. I want to teach you skills that can help you manage and problem solve independently; empowering you towards self-advocacy.
