I must let yuu know about our experience at the clinic. I took my 17 yrs old daughter to Dr Jessica Ritch. It was her first time at a ginecologyst. We waited long time at the check up room . I asked the assistant ASHLEY if she can give her a towel or anything else cause my daughter was really really cold. A/C was freezing. ASHLEY came to the room and said to my daughter " You are not listening what we told yu, yu have to lay down and cover yourself with the paper " And she said to me why dont yu give her your sweater ?? I was really shocked, as I said it was our first time there and I expected a better behavior . I dont think she should work with people, she is very unpleasant and rude . I told her why do yu speak to us this way ? She kept talking unpolitely and didn't apologize.

I came to Dr. Pollak for a Mixed Urinary Incontinence I was suffering for 15 years. I am a 46 years old very active woman, and a former dr in another country, whose life changed when I got the surgery: Vaginal Sling with this Dr. She was patient, advocate for me and support me in my decision, explain everything in detail. She was enough caring to let my husband know when my surgery finished and how it went (he was working as we agreed). Since I get to know her I already had decided to have the surgery, even when I was not the perfect candidate. I was confident, and I felt safe in her hands. The results amazing since the very first day. No complications, procedure was performed in a very clean and smooth way. The office (Vera) was extraordinarily supportive and patient, and she pushed until the last minute so I can have my surgery on time. All the personnel in the office (Medical assistants, front desk ladies, Physician assistant,) were supportive, nice, patients, caring. Dr. Pollak… came to the pre-op room and was reassuring and very Zen. Yesterday after 6 weeks of recovery time, I was perfect and I returned to my activities for the first time after 15 years without thinking if I would leak, or if I need to be changed. I have a lot of compliments to do to this dr. and her office. Excellent job done in a very humble but exquisite way. I have been in contact with several surgeons and I think very highly of Dr. Pollak. I highly recommend this dr. if you have any GU issue and you are a woman. You will feel like a star.

She is one amazing, sweet doctor. She cares very much about her patients, you can see it in her eyes!! G d bless you Dr. Pollack!!

Because of Dr. Pollack, I am now enjoying life the way I want and am not constantly looking for a restroom. Dr. Pollack did an excellent job on my Sling Procedure for Urinary incontinence. This is not a fun topic to discuss with anyone, but Dr. Pollack put me at ease. She offered a clear-cut solution, made me understand the odds, and gave me more than one option. She was wonderful But more importantly, the operation WORKED! I am not leaking, and I can always make it to the restroom now. I am not afraid to sneeze in public. I am so glad I did this. Y. Palmer

I had to wait about a month for my appointment.I was very hopeful to finally be able to speak to a Female Dr.about a very personal and sensitive matter.I had a hard time finding her Office because it was my first visit.Their was about six staff ladies on duty.The office was cozy and warm and very clean.After the Medical Asst.took my vitals I waited about 15 minutes to see Dr.Pollak.She was very sincere and compassionate also appeared too me she was young looking and full of life.Dr. Pollard examed me and gave me my options to correct my problem.I highly recommended Dr.Pollak.

I had an awesome experience with her, and I can tell that she is a very kind person and very professional. Very nice and competitive staff. The only issue was that I had to wait for more than two months to get my first appointment, besides that, I will tell that I am glad to met her and been treated by her.
