Dr. Jennifer Lynn Quinn, MD

Dr. Quinn did my physical recently. I found her to be attentive and thorough. However, both on the intake and on the follow up, I have found her support staff to be so unprofessional that I will not continue with Dr. Quinn. As an example, on two occasions, I have had to stay on the phone listening to the recording and making selections for twenty minutes before anyone answered the phone. When her staff finally picked up, I calmly expressed my frustration with their telephone answering machine. Her response was......."what are you calling about?" She made no attempt to explain the long delays or to apologize. I felt entirely dismissed. The reason that I was even having to call is because I am scheduled for surgery in two days. Dr. Quinn had given me a prescription blood work a month ago and I had that done. My surgeon's office staff have been trying for two weeks to get a copy of the blood work results with no success. When I finally reached Dr. Quinn's office to ask why the results… had not been sent over, the girl said they would sent it over right away. Again, no effort was made to explain or apologize. As a patient,I should not have to be chasing after Dr. Quinn's staff for the results of my blood work to be sent to another doctor's office.
