Dr. Jennifer Patricia Reason, DO

If I could give her zero stars, I would. She is NOT a good doctor. Because of her, my son was born overdue and I faced a boatload of post pregnancy complications. I wouldn't recommend her to anybody.

I saw doctor reason throughout my entire pregnancy and I must say she is a very good doctor and if I had known about her before I would of made sure I had her as my doctor during my first two pregnancies..

Last year, I decided to leave my primary care physician. For my yearly wellness exam, I decided to get an appointment with this office. My doctor was Dr. Jennifer Reason. I thought she was wonderful. She's kind and efficient. She covered any previous medical problems I had and what concerns I may have at my age. I always brace myself for the 'ticking biological clock' speech, but Dr. Reason was very accepting that I was not interested in having children. It's not for everyone and it was refreshing to have a doctor not to jump my case about it. I have since had another visit with her and was still happy with the exam.

She threatened to kick me (the father) out of the room for me disagreeing with her telling my fiancé that inducing labor was the best option. My son was born premature due to this inducing of labor. She then told me that no chemicals are used to induce labor. So what is it water they use? lol she will get an attitude if you disagree (which let me tell you now is your right. she is not the father or mother and ultimately has no decision) she will beat around the bush and recommend out of some book what is best. Then at the very very end tell you that it is ultimately the mothers decision. (only if you ask does the mother have a choice) she then will try to force you onto birth control. If you ask me I think she is 100% for population control and stopping pregnancies. She will tell you all shapes and forms of birth control watch what I say. You have been warned. If you do not disagree with her you are okay. But if you dislike one thing she says she will argue with you in the hospital… room and threaten to kick you out. TRUE STORY!!!!!
