Dr Jennifer Richards is superb. She is very thorough, professional and takes the time to speak with and explains things to me.

Dr. Richards was amazing. She followed her instincts when she was suspicious of the severity of my migraine and ordered an EKG on the spot. The result compelled her to send me immediately to the Overlake Medical Center ER in Bellevue.

I am so grateful to Dr. Richards and the entire staff. I was sick on and off for over 2 months and felt really vulnerable about my health and prospects (as Illness and lack of sleep will do to you), and rather than dismissing my issue as something that just needed to work its way out with time (as previous doctors had done), Dr. Richards asked thoughtful questions and was able to diagnose my condition and give me an effective treatment. I appreciate her taking the time to check my signs and provide me with information about my infection.

Her office has too much overhead so that it is very expensive. The nurse practitioner has so much lack of knowledge. She prescribed medicine but gave me severe headache. Dr. Richards said she was right that there was only one kind of medicine in the universe but in the reality there are two more by surfing internet with her. Then I received a big fat bill. Maybe she is way too old or ready to retire. This is a bad,... no horrible doctor.

As my primary care physician, Dr. Richards has never disappointed. Her bedside manner and comprehensive approach to medicine is well appreciated. She listens, thoroughly examines, and then provides a well though out (and thorough) treatment plan which includes timely follow up. She is an asset to Swedish.

I have been a patient of Dr. Richards for several years. Recently I went to see her about symptoms of depression, including weight gain and lethargy. Dr Richards spent two full 45 minute sessions discussing my issues. She also initiated a prognosis for sleep apnea, which, it turns out, is a major contributing factor to my symptoms. She intelligent, very pleasant and a great doctor.
