Dr. Jennifer Elisabeth Saenz, MD

My Grandson is 6 years old and had an appointment today with Dr. Saenz. My grandson is special needs and suffers of Autism. We called the clinic and told them that we were in the building and that we would be right in. when we arrived my 6 yr old grandson went into the bathroom and we immediately came out. Thereafter, we are told that we cannot be seen due to being "15 minutes late" according to to her office manager. this is untrue, we were in the building and the staff saw us. We have waited over an hour for this Dr. at times. We were told to reschedule and come back another time. This is so sad and unempathetic. This staff has no professionalism and discriminated against a special needs child that needed care. I sent an email to the Dr. and asked her to call us. she never did. so much for the "Hypocratic oath". Dr. Saenz should be ashamed that this child was treated in such a manner. I cannot believe this Dr. did not care to address the concerns of this matter with us. Your manager… is the epitome of an unprofessional person.
