Dr. Jennifer Lisa Sayanlar, DO

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sayanlar’s for about 7 years for chronic pain. She has been a tremendous help. Without her care, my life would be much worse. She is competent, compassionate, responsive and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. I’ve worked at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and my ex-spouse is a surgeon. Meaning I have ample experience with hospitals and physicians. Unfortunately I don’t feel from an administrative standpoint the practice is run effectively. There has been high staff turnover, the staff has made errors in scheduling , doesn’t return calls, has made insurance errors, and isn’t pleasant to deal with at times, which Is very frustrating. Sylvia and Kiki are an exception. The only reason I put up with the poor customer service is because of Dr. Sayanlar.

She is very caring and gives you all the time you need, very friendly and informal. I would recommend highly, I have seen here probably 10 times.

I love this doctor. The staff is very friendly and informative. Dr. Jennifer is the best. She listens to my concerns and focuses on making me better. I am so blessed to be able to find a doctor such as her in her field that is dedicated to her patients. Her staff is amazing. Thank you Kevin, Paul, and Leah for all your handwork and keeping a smile on the patient's faces. I have recommended this office to all my family and friends.

I had several treatments nothing work with the pain i had i called her several times never called back also billed for things I didn’t receive Also i was sent to collections for discusing the bill Bad experience

Dr Sayanlar is a terrific doctor! She truly cares about you as a person and does her very best to do all she can to make you better. I highly recommend her.
