I had an appointment with this doctor on 06/4/26 and had the blood test done also the next day. I have been waiting for the results almost two weeks now. This doctor never calls you back or send you the report. I called her many times and their staffs never call you back either. I feel like waisted all my time for no reason. I am totally disappointed her follow up with the results. Doctor seems to be very pleased but what purpose you go and see the doctor and not to find out your results. If you really want to waste your time then you can see this doctor. Doesn’t matter if the results are normal or not they should call the pts back after the results.. I am worried about my health issues meantime they are so happy to get money from the insurance companies. Unacceptable!

Dr. Schwarz herself is very kind and knowledgeable, and I have only good things to say about her as a doctor. However, she was THE WORST FRONT OFFICE/RECEPTIONIST STAFF IN THE WORLD. Good luck EVER getting them to pick up the phone, and if they do, you will only encounter the rudest, most mean-spirited, inhospitable, impolite receptionists you've ever met. I've been a patient of Dr. Schwarz's for over 10 years, and regarding her front office staff: these people are actively bad human beings. Again, Dr. Schwarz is fine, but I sincerely distrust the entire operation just knowing these are the people that are handling patient records, etc.

I liked this Dr. very much!! Extremely knowledgeable, took her time with me, answering my questions and addressing my concerns, explained things to me. What's not to like? I would absolutely go to her again when I need to see an Endocrinologist.

if you don't have to work during the day, you can use this dr. it will take all day on phone to gte an appt, and the hours are not working person friendly at all. do not leave messages, there will not be a response. The dr is quick to recommend surgery when it isn't necessary - it's easier for them to manage than to have to actually manage having a condition which may change over time. if rapidly deteriorating eyesight (due to thyroid)did not get return call from physician, what would? nor did it get appt sooner than 3 months.

I was surprised to read some of the reviews posted about Dr. Schwarz. I am glad that I didn't read them before I went for my visit. I found her pleasant, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and thorough.

TERRIBLE FINDING A NEW DOCTOR!!! RUDE OFFICE! WE WERE 10M LATE AND SHE REFUSED TO SEE MY MOM. SHE HADN'T BEEN TO HER IN MONTHS OF COURSE DUH BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC. I EXPLAINED THAT HER A1C IS 16 AND WE DESPERATELY NEED HELP. THEY DID NOT CARE. I BEGGED SAYING I RE-ARRANGED MY DAY TO GET THERE. WOMEN BEHIND THE DESK SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS AND SAID WELL YOU WERE MORE LIKE 12M LATE. AND IN THE MEANWHILE HER WAITING ROOM WAS EMPTY. CLOSE THAT OFFICE DOWN!!!

Poor experience from the front desk to the doctors vague explanations and treatment directions

My doctor left the practice. I take thyroid medication, since mine was removed. I was told that I had to meet with new doctor (Schwartz) but could renew prescription while awaiting appointment which was not for 3 months. A few days later I received a call telling me the Doctor refused to renew meds until I could be examined since I hadn’t been to previous doctor in about 2 years. I explained that I had taken my very last pill that morning and literally couldn’t live without it. ‘Nurse’ refused to schedule earlier appointment even though it was an emergency. When I explained that this was leaving me in a critical medical state, all I was told was “Sorry”. Disgusting.

I cannot believe these negative comments about Dr. Schwarz. I think someone with an axe to grind made multiple reviews to bring her rating down. I just had an appointment today and went in early and she had great knowledge, concern and communication skills as usual. I wish she was all of my Doctors!

She refused to write a clearance letter for surgery and refused to deal with my diabetes supplies order. Talk down to me with a nasty attitude
