Front office person could use some more training with people skills. Courtney the nurse was outstanding and Dr. Scruggs is very knowledgeable. She is easy to talk to and explains everything in great detail. So happy we went there.

Only 5 min wait time. She was very to the point very nice. And ask me if I wanted her to take care of the blocked blood vessel now in office. With very little wait. She explained what she would do. And it was most part painless. Stitched and cardarise my right after she removed the blockade . She the type if u want to joke she will but is very good at what she does. And today I had a check up with all good thumbs up , and I did tell her she was ranked high in my book. No more pain in my right eye. The experience that I had was absolutely amazing!! The staff and doctor are absolutely amazing and caring! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Scruggs is wonderful!!! Not only did she perform a blepharoplasty for me with great results, she personally called me a couple of days postoperatively to make sure I was having no problems. If every specialty had a Dr. Scruggs, I doubt any of us would be unhappy with our medical care!!!

I cannot say enough about the level of care I received from Dr. Scruggs. She explained everything clearly and was very thorough about what I could expect. She performed a DCS to unblock my tear duct and I had very little pain and no bruising. She is great.
