I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews on this site. When my son and I were seen by Dr. Setlur she was more than professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Her staff is phenomenal and so helpful. They are very competent and efficient and I received great medical advice for how to help my son.

I agree with most of the reviews for this doctor. No bedside manner, very condescending, she does not explain anything. Had to see another ENT doctor after. Will never come back.

Extremely rude to me, and not respectful. She clearly did not want to be there working. She was rushing and not careful. She ripped the camera out of my nose and I am still feeling that almost two hours after the appointment. Did not want to listen to me just wanted to prove what I said wrong and how I was feeling is not related to what I think is medically wrong. Overall, she should not be a doctor because she can even see clearly

Bad bedside manner. She showed no consideration for appropriate (non-scary) ways to explain medical issues in front of children. Hostile and condescending demeanor.

Thanks to Mass. Eye and Ear, Concord on behalf of my daughter Ava and our entire family. For a parent especially, there is a lot of emotional turmoil woven into any surgery that involves a child. Our experience with Ava was no different. However, Dr. Setlur and her expert team did wonders to quash our anxieties. Now, post-surgery, we couldn't be more grateful. We really appreciate Dr. Setlur fitting us into her schedule and, more importantly, for allowing our daughter her first solid night's sleep in a long time. It means the world to us.

She was perhaps the rudest health professional I have encountered. She treated me as if I was stupid during the consultation. She even walked out of the room while I was talking to lead me out. I would never willingly choose to see her again.

This is one of the most unpleasant doctor I have ever had to deal with. She does not explain anything, and when you dare ask questions, she is arrogant and seems to resent the fact that you need more information. I agree with the previous review that you leave the office wondering what just happened and with more questions than when you came in. I wish I had researched her before making the appointment. Lesson learned.

Bad. Bad. Bad. Just do yourself a favor and don't get looped into the wreck of this office. Particularly Dr. Setlur. Truly a horrendous bedside manner. Doesn't explain ANYTHING. you always walk out of the office wondering "what just happened?" She doesn't understand how to deal with people. She may be a good surgeon (also completely questionable) but the patient leaves with many more questions than answers. Avoid.
