Her and her assistants lied and said he had pain and his teeth were decaying so bad it was getting in his blood stream. That he could not come back to the surgery center he could only come twice to get his teeth done. They stated he would be held down in the office and his teeth pulled while awake if not done now. He only went in for 1 filling. She lied and said I couldn't recieve his teeth. Not until I showed the CDC guidelines to the manager of Trident Surgery Center I received his teeth and them stating at first they lost it and his teeth are in a biohazard bin. All the posting are from in house. This lady and her staff should be shame of themselves. I pray every day and night god serves you for the damage you did to my child and family. There was no decay on his teeth at all. WHY?? I never heard from her or the staff after that day. Not one call to… see if he was okay, nothing. And she documented that family agreed. Lies. Went in for a filling for 2 year old came out with 7 silver crowns 3 white crowns and four extractions to his front teeth that just came in. Was Advised he had abcess decay so bad that if not done now he would be only allowed in office and had to be strapped down with only numbing medicine and teeth extracted. Advised that we could not be given back his teeth because it's against policy.Had to file complaint to hospital administrator then advised cant find teeth. After finally getting the hardship of the visit the worst is finally getting the teeth and his teeth was in good shape and no abcess as was told on x-ray, and that was advised they could only get one angle. Child suffered in pain.
