Dr. Jennifer Ann Sinclair, MD

Dr. Sinclair's office just called to cancel my colonoscopy appointment that had been set three months ago. The reason given? They've just opened a new surgery center in Orange City so are only taking patients with one insurance company. I was given no recourse or referral.

Dr. J. Sinclair is an excellent doctor, she displays a strong command of medical knowledge, and is very compassionate. I mattered during this appointment, she accepted my input, and included me in her decisions. I was never rushed, and she displayed a sincere concern for my well-being. She follows through with medical decisions immediately, Thank you again for truly caring Dr. Sinclair!

Would give 0 stars if could. If masking matters to you, if having a DOCTOR and the people in her office follow research-based protocols regarding protecting selves and other from Covid, DO NOT GO HERE. Receptionist was not masked when I arrived, although he masked up when I walked up; two patients who were waiting to be called in were not masked and office staff refused to enforce masking policy (no surprise, as they weren't masked themselves).

the wait was reasonable and the interactin with nurse and PA was very efficient

I will definately refer all my family and friends to Dr. Sinclair for their gastroenterology needs. She is friendly and courteous and very knowledgable in her profession.

Dr. Sinclair made me feel comfortable right away--she is communicative and empathetic. She was able to see me within what I believe was a quick amount of time and scheduled a procedure that was within a week of a consultation appointment/referral. She is compassionate and I really felt she gave me the best level of care I could ask for from a gastroenterologist! She is competent and understanding. All of the staff at Professional Park and at Montgomery throughout my procedure were excellent!

the apt I had with Dr Sinclair was so great and made me feel so at ease during my visit. I had my wife (Rhoda) with me . Dr Sinclair went over all that would be happening during my colon exam (This was great) she will spend as much time with you as needed and any ? we had she answered My wife and I left her office feeling good and very much at ease. we trust her 100% she is a great Doctor.
