In 2021 I had horrible neck pain that radiates down to my left arm. I felt severe pain and progressively worse which I visited UCH highlands Ranch twice. On the first visit I given trigger point injections and this did not work; therefore, I went back and I saw the same ED provider, Dr. Jennifer Singleton. On my second visit, it seemed that the provider was frustrated and annoyed with my visit. I told her that iWas worse and I have never felt such excruciating pain. I asked for a CT scan and she didn’t want to order it and told me that her brother had herniated disk and that he was fine blah blah. She walked out and I was in tears and I told her that I would go to another ED. I was in a lot of pain ! I felt sad because I was also a UCH employee and I felt she had no empathy for me . When I was getting dressed a RAD Tech came in and did a CT Scan. I had surgery 2 weeks later disk replacement c6-c7. I want to thank you for treating me the way you did because I learned to have more… empathy for people who have back pain!
