Dr. Jennifer Lynn Smith, DO

Dr. Jenn always listens to my concerns and works with me to figure out the best course of treatment. She is encouraging and supportive. I believe she's the best physician I've ever had over the years. She's one of the reasons we choose to remain in Bridgton.

Overall I have been happy with the care and attention that Dr. Jennifer Smith has provided. However, recently Dr. Smith's office scheduled a mamogram for me which showed a mass in one breast that the radiologist told me was a benign fibroid. He then explained that if I wanted confirmation that it was benign then I should speak with Dr. Smith about a biopsy. Before I had a chance to speak with her, her office scheduled the biopsy appointment for me and then called my house and left a detailed message with my mother in law. I was VERY upset that the office staff at Dr. Smith's office would not make sure that my medical information was kept confident and would leave a message at my home with whomever picked up the phone. I find that extremely unprofessional and in violation of my rights as a patient. Beware of poor professional office practices.
