Dr. Jennifer Jo Sosnowski, MD

Saved by Dr Jenn again. If you want to be at your best the person you need on your team is Dr Sosnowski. Believe me she is decades beyond your typical physician. You do have to do your part and anyone that complains about that doesn’t want to take responsibility for their lifestyle . The MeRT therapy has changed our life and my daughter with Autism now has a chance! I could not be more grateful to have her help. There was no help at Phoenix Children’s, no help from her primary care and we were really frustrated. Now there is no going back! We stick with Dr Sosnowski!!

IF you eat the standard American diet (junk food), sit on a couch, and get no sleep, then you will probably see results from Dr. Sosnowski's program. If you have a specific medical problem you are looking to solve, then keep searching for a real functional medicine practitioner. Dr. Jen's program is a one-size-fits-some-people program, despite her statements otherwise. There is one diet for everyone, one exercise program for everyone, etc. The only thing individualized is the amount of supplements she can get you to agree to buy and take. I felt like she was NOT prepared for any of my meetings with her, and I don't believe she ever looked at the reams of forms that I filled out before I came to my first appointment. She told me to stop taking my statins (I have never been on statins), she told me that I would be on Ox Bile forever since I didn't have a gallbladder any more (I still have it), etc. She was always in a rush. I was the ultimate sucker and popped for the… "Individualized program". The "personal sessions" turned out to be the "health coach" reading to me either from the program book, some material they printed off the internet, or just chatting about nothing in particular. A total waste of my time. The program notebook wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. Some sections were literally just copied from the internet with NO attribution to the original authors. And the one phrase in just about each section was "we won't get into a lot of detail". Dude - that's what I'm paying you for, the details. Her go-to website that she considers to have useful information is nothing but junk science and conspiracy theories. Had I known that right from the beginning I would never have signed up for the program. At the end of the program almost nothing had changed and she had done very little to try to figure out why my labwork was off. And she wanted me to sign up for another 6 months so she could "work with me to get to the bottom of it". I paid you for 6 months to do that and you didn't, so why would I pay again for nothing? I had originally considered traveling to the California Center for Functional Medicine to meet with a leading person in the Functional Medicine arena, Chris Kresser. But due to personal reasons I was not able to. Had I gone out there though, I would have spent LESS money, gotten results, AND gotten a trip to California out of the deal. Now I will be paying this off for another year before I can afford to go somewhere else and got my issues looked at.

Very overpriced and not effective. Do not sign up for this program. We had a very bad experience with the program and they would not refund outlet money. Horrible business practice.

I chose the 6 month program with Dr Jenn and it costs thousands of dollars ,I had high hopes for this program . Unfortunately after 6 months ,I saw zero improvement ,absolutely no benefit to me whatsoever .i was very disappointed ,not to mention out of pocket for thousands of dollars .all I was given was very expensive vitamins and supplements ,at one point I was taking 26 per day !!!!! Once again no benefit to me ! Also her front desk staff are very unhelpful and unfriendly ,they said they would work with my schedule but it was impossible to get an appointment when I wanted ,sometimes I waited 2 weeks for an appointment .Also the front desk staff are not trained and know nothing about Dr Jenns programs and therefore cannot answer any questions .All in all go somewhere else this was a waste of time and money for me ,I got absolutely nothing out of it

I've been a patient of Dr. Jenn's for more than a year. She is great to work with . . . I feel that she listens well, is patient and is willing to work within my parameters (diet, finances, etc). Dr. Jenn is flexible with her time and orders, according to what the patient needs. Responding in a timely manner is important to me and she always comes through. She encourages patients to learn and share information with her and is willing to try new remedies. Dr. Jenn communicates via e-mail, phone, and office visits. Finding a functional medicine doctor was crucial for me. I am grateful to have Dr. Jenn on my medical team as we continue to work on my many medical issues.

Unfortunately, I was born with crappy genes. Fortunately, I became a patient of Dr. Jennifer Sosnowski about 4 years ago and she has helped me (more like bent over backwards for me) understand my body and the way it works. She really listens and explains things so thoroughly that I can understand. She has uncovered the mysteries of why I feel the way I do and has helped me to heal. When I arrive at her office, I'm not nervous. Everyone there just makes you feel at ease. What I love most about her is she looks at the whole body, not just the symptoms and treats you accordingly, many times with natural supplements and recommended lifestyle changes. She takes her time getting to know you, inside and out. I really do trust her with my life. I really do trust her with my life!

Dr. Sosnowski is a brilliant diagnostician. As a concierge physician she takes the time to thoroughly know her patients and health. Being both and MD as well as certified in Integrative and Functional medicine, she views issues through an entirely different prism and bridges the gap between contemporary medicine and the latest alternative approaches. She treats me like a human, not a number. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Dr. Sosnowski is amazing. She takes all the time necessary, listens to my issues, and treats me holistically - not merely a symptom. She isn't condescending, but instead treats me like extended family. She practices medicine the way it used to be and should be today.

Dr. Jenn is a wonderful, personable, listening doctor.

I visited Dr. Sosnowski a few months ago for a sinus infection that had been bothering me for quite sometime. Her staff is friendly and warm giving me the paperwork to fill out and processing it in a quick manner. I was put into a room for the Doctor. I only waited a few minutes before I was seen and I was pleased to know I didn't have step throat. Dr. Sosnowski is very direct and to the point. She doesn't waste time with small talk and she appears and acts very well educated. I appreciate a doctor with this demeanor because I have had a few that speak with a mouse-like voice, overly sweet, and way too much small talk. Those types of Doctors, I'm sure do fine, but they appear ditsy and it makes me question their practice. After my quick visit, she dispensed my medications in her office so I didn't wait for a pharmacist to fill my medication. I am happy to be her patient and will continue to go back. I feel that she is, by far, the most confident, polite, and direct doctor I have ever… had for my care. She really is the "No Bones About It" type of gal and I find that to be refreshing in this field of work.
