Waiting time-about an hour; doctor did not pay appropriate attention to the patient, more likely worked with computer during visit, no explanation about health problems, Nurse forgot to send test request to the lab.

Routine colonoscopy was completed professionally by the doctor and staff who were thorough, friendly, attentive, and caring. The entire process was quick & easy, and the follow up was great. I will return for future procedures

This was my first colonoscopy. I received all info need for prep in advance. I received several reminders about the scheduled appointment. I even received a follow-up the next day to make sure everything was OK. Dr. Jennifer came to meet me prior to the procedure to say hello and if I had any questions. She also came to see me before I left to make sure I was OK and to discuss the outcome. The anesthesiologist came to meet me as well prior to procedure. The staff was friendly and helpful. It would've been nice to have Dr. Jennifer see me prior to walking out the door and go over the results vs getting them from the nurse, which was fine. Overall, everything went well.

Dr. Spanier-Stiasny did an excellent job. She surrounds herself with other excellent professionals and good staff. From the office staff to the surgical suite, I had all my issues addressed completely and that made to procedure worry free for me.
