I've been going to Dr. Spiegel for years and am always impressed with her. She really cares for her patients and is very technically knowledgeable.

Dr. Spiegel is informed, professional, patient-oriented. She conducted the examination with patience (I am 98 years of age and deaf) and treated me with respect. Her diagnosis was precise. I have a follow-up in six months.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The doctor was unwilling to discuss my treatment and did not show much care or concern. Over an 18-day period, I had essentially the same eye exam performed three times, with no clear explanation for the repetition. The doctor also refused to discuss negative treatment I experienced at an EmergiCare visit, even though it was relevant to my condition. Overall, I felt dismissed, unheard, and frustrated by the lack of communication and empathy.

Dr. Spiegel is always very professional and thorough in a friendly manner. She makes sure everything is explained. I would highly recommend her.
