Dr. Jennifer Ellen Steeper, MD

I had a negative experience with Dr. Steeper that left me very dissatisfied. I found her manner to be unprofessional and discourteous, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or confident in her care. I believe this behavior reflects poorly on the clinic and does not meet the standards expected of medical professionals. I encourage the clinic’s management to review the feedback she has received and take appropriate actions to ensure patients are treated respectfully and professionally.

She is incredibly rude, insecure and not in any means professional. The worst ER doctor I have ever seen. She is not credible at all.

Worst Doctor in practice; she is rude and has an arrogance to her. She needs to retire, as clearly, she does not have the passion for her field.

Dr. Steeper has an arrogance to her and was extremely rude to my husband and me. Her bedside manners are horrible, and she was not professional or prepared to answer our questions.

Dr. Steeper is the epitome of incompetence; she was abrasive, dismissive and intrusive. In all my years of visiting medical professionals, Dr. Steeper is by far the most impudent and discourteous. Her unprofessionalism was absurd, and I am candidly astonished & flabbergasted that she holds a medical license to practice. Dr. Steeper's behavior is not aligned with the mission & vision of providing excellence in the medical space & field.

No empathy. Cruel. Told me I wasted her time. Is a terrible human being. Told me I was not intelligent. Was impatient and blamed me for why I was there. I think she should be fired. Patients deserve kindness.

I was in the ER and she told me I was "overreacting" to my condition-ended up having to have emergency surgery because she failed to properly diagnose. Time to RETIRE if you hate being a doctor that took an oath!!

The worst bedside manner of any Doctor I've ever encountered.

so , neck back pain so severe did not sleep for 2 days. training pa lied as did nurse alicia,,did not catch pa's name. literally could not move my neck. dr said that she would prescribe small norco dose due to pain level.i overheard dr, steeper say that she was taking a break. pa and nurse tried to discharge me with out prescription.i refused to sign discharge papers til doctor returned and i was able to get promised prescription.over pa say that she had lidocaine patch in pocket when i was seated near nursing station 2 hours in.she "claimed" after 4 hours to have just gotten patch.the pa a very effective liar.she should have gone to law school. nurse alicia looked like she might be liking norco a little too much..she hid the bar code page behind my chair,she needs rehab STAT. if i was a pill hound i would travel out of state for meds.good thing was by nurse station. dr. steeper good but pa and nurse alicia liars.
