Jenn was such a caring OBGYN, she answered all the questions I had even offered options that I didn't think I needed. She is the best at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone I know. She is emotionally intelligent and has a genuine interest in taking care of her patients. I really felt comfortable around her and I knew I was in the right place.

Jennifer Gaines took plenty of time with me at this important appointment in my final days of pregnancy. She offered thorough, easy-to-understand, and evidence-based explanations to topics such as the membrane sweep we did and the upcoming induction we scheduled. She offered me choice, while also sharing her recommendations in a respectful way. I went in to labor the next day, not needing the induction. So needless to say, I was very happy with the outcome of the appointment!

Jennifer Gaines was attentive, listened, and showed concern about my health issues. I was extremely pleased with her bedside manner and treatment. She is a true asset to your team.

Very short wait times were great. I did feel like I had to justify myself often, when giving info to the midwife. I'm not sure she took everything I was saying as seriously as I'd hoped. In the end, though, she did give the care I need and scheduled the tests that I wanted.
