Jennifer was very prompt and courteous. I was appreciative she was able to see me as I was told my regular provider was not able to. A timely test was ordered at Touchstone with Jennifer immediately ordering the test so I could directly after seeing her. The given results were forwarded to me within the hour.

Although she IS perfect (for me), I tend to not give out "10s" like candy. It's a game, she wins.

This was a visit to establish care. Provider was professional, courteous and warm. Provider was interested in / engaged In resolving the immediate (acute) issue. Strong engagement is important to me. About halfway through, I had the sense that the provider was a little casual/laissez faire. I had been insured but out-of-care for about 5 years. The provider made great referrals (I've already had three of those appointments,) but suggested despite a previous dangerously high test result a few years ago I follow up on that three months from now.
