Have to update earlier review regarding long wait on dr… was told by admin officer dr has been ready & wait was on OR to be available which was totally out of the dr’s hands. Will provide another update later. Seems the surgical facility failed to keep the patient informed.

Waiting at surgery center with a friend for surgery scheduled early. Been here 2 hours, friend is prepped & ready to go. Nurse said dr was informed when friend got here & when she was all prepped for surgery. Dr is over an hour late for surgery & no one at surgery center knows why she’s not here or when she might show up. Hmmm… couldn’t grade her, as she’s a no show.

She is a good doctor sometimes like for patients that go for a yearly. There is no point in having a yearly because if she has to address a real health issue your out of there! No labs, no nothing. One of her nurses needs to be let go.

If you are ill please go elsewhere, do not wait the 6 months I had to only to get blown off and written off as “yearly” when it’s not. She rushed me thru faster than McDonalds and I sat in the waiting room 3 hours. Apparently she is not that negligent with everyone or I wouldn’t have had to wait so long. I will not ever “bother” her again with major medical issues, she has colleagues that actually take action!

Seems like a very smart doctor but has a bad attitude. Needs to be more professional.

Dr. Thompson is very kind and always a good listener. However I had a major problem and waited 5 months just because I wanted to see her and the response I received was let's just watch and wait. Well, I had been waiting. I do not wish to go elsewhere but likely will have to.

There's a reason why there was such a long reception line to see her!
