I have loved seeing Dr. Trenga during my pregnancy! She listens to all of my questions and concerns, and will talk through all possible options with the pros and cons. She is attentive and relatable, especially considering she is a mother and has been through this all before. I highly recommend her.

I think Dr. Trenga is a great dr. She is helping me get to the bottom of my issue. I feel that she genuinely wants to help me and I trust she knows what is best for me.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the care I received from Dr. Trenga. Several aspects of my experience left me feeling unheard, frustrated, and ultimately dissatisfied. From the outset, I was uncomfortable with being asked to undress before any consultation took place, including my initial visit. This created an impersonal atmosphere and detracted from establishing a comfortable patient-doctor relationship. Furthermore, I felt that each appointment was rushed, lasting 10 minutes or less, which did not allow sufficient time to adequately address my health concerns. Of particular concern was the lack of attention given to my symptoms. Despite four visits, multiple MyChart messages, and several phone calls, I still have unanswered questions and feel my concerns were not fully addressed. I also had to initiate the request for medication myself, rather than being offered potential treatment options proactively. Finally, when I inquired about getting lab tests… ordered, I was asked to schedule yet another appointment, which seemed excessive considering the multiple appointments I had already attended. This overall lack of thoroughness and proactive care has caused me significant distress and unfortunately delayed necessary treatment, hindering my ability to find relief and improve my well-being. I sincerely hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve the experiences of future patients.
