In several decades with various dermatologists, I only had two biopsies, both negative. When my current doctor retired, I started with Dr. Trent. I saw her very six months for a routine checkup, and almost every time she did a biopsy. All negative. This went on for several years. Finally I decided to switch to another doctor, and I haven't had another biopsy in the 15 years since.

My entire family and granddaughters go to Dr Trent. Professional and knows her stuff. I feel totally confident in her and glad I found a top notch dermatologist.

Dr. Trent was nasty, demoralizing, arrogant and condescending. Would have walked out but was concerned with an area on my face she had just diagnosed as cancerous plus I was not comfortable expressing anger while naked in a paper gown. Dr. Trent's office referred me to another doctor for surgery since Dr. Trent does not perform excisions or MOHS herself. When the other office called I found I was referred for an excision on the center of my face, when I asked what the difference was between the two procedures the exact response was "excision is fast and cheap". Dr. Trent and her office obviously did not have concern about the look of the direct center of my face. I called three other dermatology offices and found that, given the location on my face and in such close proximity to my eye no other office would consider an excision - they would only do MOHS. After mentioning this practice to co-workers I heard similar horror stories - wish I had researched more prior to seeing Dr.… Trent. Very happy with my new practice, everyone is kind and supportive and check-ups and surgeries are performed by the same physician - the exact opposite of the terrible experience with Dr. Trent.

Dr. Trent is an outstanding Doctor and has served my family and I for over 12 years. However, at present she has a rude and discourteous receptionest that I had a disagreement with. Dr. Trent rather than listen to what happened told me to take my family to another Doctor as she is fully booked with patients and has a waiting list. My son was undergoing a medical treatment at that time and Dr. Trent turned us away without any regard to how many years we were with her. This was not right. A great Doctor but an unfair administrator.

Dr. Trent takes time to talk to you and listen to your concerns. She's a truly caring and qualified doctor.

I am a RN and Dr. Trent is the epitome of professionalism. She is a kind, caring physician who is on top of her game. I would highly recommend her.

My experience at Dr Trents dermatology office was excellent . Making my appointment was simple and the receptionist was polite and knowledgeable. When I arrived at the office, the girls at the front desk were sweet and welcoming. The nurses and other staff were very professional and really know what they are doing. Dr Trent is very good at what she does and I have been to her now for quite a few appointments. She is very thorough and pays attention to every detail. I always look forward to seeing her at my check ups and for cosmetic procedures. You will not be disappointed with her practice.

Yes, she is competent . . .but don't ask her a question, for she will roll her eyes with an air of superiority. Lousy bedside manner.
