What a joke of a practice.

I had seen this physicians for several years until a recent experience when I had to depart the practice due to the fact that there is no training, oversight, or professionalism displayed in the office staff. I highly recommend avoiding this practice.

I love Dr. Treusch and i love her staff. Myra has helped me with my billing problems, insurance and many other things, the two girls at the front are amazing, always check me in when im there, they dont have me waiting for a long time, they always seem so happy and with a positive attitude, which makes me feel even better. Dr. Treusch attends all my needs,makes me feel so calm, peaceful, and makes me feel so amazing when im at my lows, can always count her when im feeling the worst. Love coming to this peaceful office.

I could not be happier I've found Dr. Treusch. She was detailed in her evaluation and took all of my needs into consideration. The office is very nice and clean, very calm, easy parking.

Dr Treusch is Great! The office staff is new and is making a lot of improvements and changes.

The doctor has not returned a message on behalf of a patient who was admitted to the hospital 10 days ago. Remarkably incompetent.

I pay out of pocket every visit. Had to “prove” I paid with my debit history TWICE . Never answer the phones or call in rx on time. I have to continually call to get my Rx when it’s due!! I work in private healthcare and if we treated our patients like this we would be fired! What a mess. If your looking for a good care look elsewhere!!!!!

Rude

When I moved here it was hard for me to get comfortable with a new Dr. I met Dr. Treusch and felt comfortable, however I should of never went given the awful experience I have had with the front office. Normally, I don't write reviews but to me, mental illness and mental health is so important and it should be for the office staff that works their. They never answer the phones, or if you leave a voicemail good luck getting a call back, oh and reminder calls according to them is a "courtesy" it not mandatory, its up to us as patients to remember. Sometimes, life gets in the way and we need a friendly reminder. After hours good luck getting a call back for help or anything, you have to go to the nearest hospital or wait till the morning and that is if they answer you or get a call back. Dr. Treusch needs a whole new office staff, they are rude, non friendly, and lazy. I have since left the practice and have moved on to a new Dr. and I couldn't be happier. I will miss the Dr. but the… office staff has to be let go, she is losing business because of them.
