Let me clarify I am NOT a patient of this doctor. I did, however, find her article on suboxone as a means to treat opiate addiction incredibly helpful in understanding ding the difference between methadone and suboxone. I have struggled with addiction for 26 years and am now clean due to suboxone. Thank you for writing the article in a manner that I could understand. It was most helpful.

Spent time with Dr. Velander after a major depression episode that was extensive. She worked with me to find the right treatment. She didn't push her own agenda, but instead listened to me and worked with me. Highly recommend.
