I am a person-centered therapist that thrives on connection and relationship building with my clients. I have done a lot of short-term, solution-focused therapy with clients, but I get the most joy and pride from seeing positive changes over time with my longer-term clients. It's important to me that my clients feel safe, understood, and feelings validated.
