Dr. Jennifer Andrea Weatherly, DO

OUTSTANDING Doctor! Helped me through some very tuff times in my Life! Very Helpful! Cares about All her Patients who treats everybody with respect and care! I'm so thankful I found her to be my Primary Care Physician! She's absolutely the Best doctor any person could ask for. She's been my PCP doctor since 2000.

They talk smart to me..they have no customer service skills..

I went to see the doctor but instead i saw an assistant which i didn't know until the next day when i called on a question about my medicine and results. I got there at 11:40 and left till 2pm they took forever. Then i wanted my test results and they said i needed to get an appt. and pay another office visit. I don't recommend this place.

I have been going to the office for 3yrs. I have not seen an actual doctor yet. And the staff is a joke. They are non professional, they have lost specimens of mine several times. And if you do not amke your appointment before you leave, you may nevere get some on the line to make one. The rush you in and rush you out.

This is the Worse Doctors office that I have ever been too... They really just could care less, the unprofessional staff and one Np Shannon is a real disappointment . I can never see the doctor only a Nurse Practictioner. They laugh and eat and chat while patients wait to be seen. I walked out today ... After being told that I could only be seen for one thing today .., my allergies or my chest congestion.., well they are one and the same and I would they she would have known that... Like she should have known I had been seen I. The office the day Shannon denied me my BP for 3 days. The office is kind of not so clean looking too.., I'm never going back ..., I'm tired of dealing with her and her staff.

Our first visit, we were called back to the exam room after 5 minutes of being there. The PA was very kind and patient. When the doctor came in 30 minutes later, she was very nice and seemed to care. I had a lot of medical problems so she had a lot to go through with me. I liked the fact that the lab is in the office which is convenient for an older person like myself. The only complaint is that the front was slow in taking my payment.

I have been coming to Dr. W office for over 7 yrs. I ran into a problem with depression and was reaching out for help because I didn't know what to do. I have seen Angela the PA for several years. Well I called Dr. W office because I felt the treatment plan was not working and asked about changing meds or any suggestions. Well to make a long story short instead of taking the extra time to try and help me I received a letter in mail stating " it has became apparent that this office can not provide you with the care you desire." Instead of digging more Angela or Dr. W decided that sending me this letter and not helping me was the thing to do, I'm taken back this is the type of thing would happen after me coming there for so long and referring people that I would get treated this way when I done nothing to deserve this and no one even took the courtesy to call me and explain why such a letter was sent. But I have a new doctor that has great bedside manner and took the time to listen and… my life has taken a turn for the best with my new doctor. My advice is that if you go to Dr. W office and they run up against a complex medical issue the best they can do for you is send you a letter cutting you off to me that is not a Doctor office that cares about there patients. All they had to do is fact find and try to understand.

I don't know why the patient of the first comment I read would keep coming back to this doctor is she and the office and staff are as horrible as she said. That is insane. I liked Dr. Weatherly and her staff and found nothing wrong with her office. I would recommend that anyone give her a try. See for yourself.
