It is always my sincere honor and pleasure to leave reviews for Dr. Jennifer Williams. To put simply, there's no words to truly express how much she has changed my opinion from "Doctors don't really care about their patients" to "Doctor Jennifer Williams isn't only one of few people I've met that cares enough to listen to me (even if simply life topics), she makes eye contact and remembers everything visit to visit. Medically, I truly think she's saved my life by treating genetic conditions I didn't even know, but also the quality of life I never thought possible I now have thanks to Dr. Jennifer Williams. Being honored to have her as my Doctor for a decade, with hopefully many more years/decades to come is something I truly never take for granted. I look forward to appointments, her knowledge is unbelievable and truly can't fathom anyone having anything negative to say. I couldn't make this long enough to truly espress how great she is and how grateful I am to have the best… Doctor in the world! We recently received a letter from Dr Jennifer Williams regarding her transition to a MDVIP practice. The bottom line is that she wants $2,000 in cash per year from us in order to remain in her practice. She is a disgrace to the profession!

Over the last decade or so, Dr. Williams has been my PCP. She has literally made my quality of life better than it'd been in years. She listens, cares, and shows empathy for as a person, not a patient. Staff is amazing, I can't thank this amazing person enough for all she's done to help me manage all I had been dealing with for years. I have complete trust in everything she tells me, which sadly most I know can't say that about their PCP. God bless you, Dr. Williams and thank you! Jason

I was a patient of Dr. MacDonald (now Dr. Williams) when she was with Providence group. We moved away for a few years and I was so happy to get reconnected. I expected to reestablish my relationship with this wonderful Dr. I made an appointment or tried to let's say and began to experience a not so welcoming staff. The front desk person was less than helpful in finding an appointment. I needed to come in for an allergic reaction I had experienced. Since I couldn't get in that day I began to examine other options. But I really wanted to see Dr Williams so I called back. To my surprise she said we have a 9:00 am appointment tomorrow. I"m wondering why didn't she say that before? I went in had my first encounter the next day with the Nurse practitioner. Who seemed nice enough. I got to see Dr Williams and got treatment for the allergic reaction. When my symptoms didn't improve and worsened and reached out to the Dr though the portal. As expected the Nurse monitors those and… responds. But it took days for a response. Her chairside manner as I had more interaction with her wasn't the best and almost demeaning when asking me questions about how I was approaching my allergic reaction. Nevertheless I did not complain. I returned and got my annual bloodwork done. With Covid, we had been limiting our outside trips etc so my plan was to get a complete physical but not until things calmed down with COVID. Meanwhile I have one prescription for Famotidine. It does not require any monitoring and all my Drs, including Dr Williams previously had given me a prescription for a year. As the months progressed, the nurse practitioner refused to call in my refill and I was forced to take over the counter version which it takes three of those. I'm giving the short version here. But what is so sad to me is Dr Williams is an amazing doctor and I had such great confidence in her. I don't know if she is aware of her staff's actions but clearly they are not putting forward professional or caring support to her practice. I made a quick call to the Ohio State Board of Medicine about my experience. They offered the option to file a complaint regarding the Nurse Practitioner. You see, Famotidine requires no monitoring or health criteria to prescribe. The NP reasons were even though I was under a year for my last visit I was told I had to come in in order to get a new prescription. Sadly I made the decision to move on. I did not file a complaint because I care about Dr. Williams and think so highly of her.

I have given up waiting for a return phone call or any follow up. I am not sure how this practice has remained open.

have called office multiple times to schedule and get medication refill with no return call or follow up. I have given up leaving a message with the front desk person with southern accent.

most unprofessional doctor and staff. appointment cancelled multiple times. complete joke

Never had a doctor that only shows up for work 3 times a week or decides every other day to not come in till noon, with no excuse. I started keeping a record (for real, it was that bad) she had a show-up rate of 74% in a 6 month period. Multiple friends, family and acquaintances also had the absolute same thing to say. She also said when she left a group practice that she was going to bring over a nurse practitioner and never did, so there was never anyone there to fill in for all the time she "didn't show up"! Also, when she did actually show up, no 1 time did she examine me....NOT 1, never listened to my heart, nothing! talked about herself a lot, her ailments, her life. I think the whole "doctor" thing is a facade! Yes, it really is that bad!

i have been rescheduled 5 times, and even had a same day appointment cancel on me within a hour of my appointment after i took a half day off work to see the doctor. i will not see her again.
