Dr. Jennifer Beth Winters, DO

After writing on my intake paperwork that I am female, this office felt compelled to ask me what my “pronouns” are. Moreover, after their apparent confusion about my gender, they demanded that I submit to, and personally pay for a gender-specific exam. What would they have insisted on if I had said that I was male? The thought is idiotic! These are supposedly medical professionals! DO NOT bring your child here under any circumstances! Your child may leave this office gender confused! I’ve been a woman a long time, and I’m offended that anyone would have a question about that, especially after I told them which gender I am on their intake papers. On top of that, nobody has ever asked me such a question, EVER! It’s absurd for a doctor, or a medical office to be confused (or worse) pretend to be confused about this! They aren’t bagging groceries, they’ve been to school for this. But they are too woke! And they are just too ignorant, to recommend to anyone!!!

I absolutely love Dr. Winters and Mary! They truly care about their patients! One thing I love about her is she is honest and doesn’t sugarcoat! She truly has integrity and is straight up and to the point because she has your health in mind! Thank you Dr. Winters and all of her staff for taking such great care of our family!

I have been a patient of Dr Winters for many years now. I feel that she truly cares for her patients. I have had several doctors that I can compare her to. I have never experienced such good, personal, attentive care and wonderful staffing. This doctor tells you as it is... not as you want to hear. She also listens to what you have to tell her and has a discussion with you. I have many people that I have referred her to and all have heard no complaints.

Wound not recommend dr. Winters even if she was free of charge. First vist I met this doctor and she told me that she “was surprised that I received a service dog.” This service dog helps me walk and is equipped with a special prosthetic device. I was injured in Afghanistan and I’ve been medically retired from the military. I have cronic back pain and have proper diagnosis of nerve damage, SI joint dysfunction and disk issues in lower lumbar. Yet she tells me to loss the back brace I’m wearing that the VA prescribed me. Also mind, she hasn’t seen any of my prior medical records MRIs or EMG test yet. This was the first visit. Then she prescribed me (SSNRI) antidepressant for pain. Which I told her I didn’t want to take. My VA psychiatrist has reduced medications and has me off antidepressants. Her examination process was a pathetic and lacked care. She never had me stand up once, she had me lift up my left knee and then my right knee while sitting. Then stuffs her hand between my back… brace and t-shirt trying to reach the lower L4-L5 of my lumbar. That’s when I offered to remove the brace for a more thorough inspection. She just stopped and told me “You don’t need a back brace” and sat down to write notes. My personal speculation is that she hates veterans or maybe dogs. And perhaps is getting kick backs from some of the meds she wants to put me on. But that’s just my opinion. She was “Surprised they gave me a service dog“. Yet I’m surprised the medical board gave her a license. Hope someone wears a wire and hidden camera to capture what a disappointment this “doctor” is.

I we t to her for years. Everyone told me to get a new doc. I should have listened. She doesn't take her time with you, she doesn't pay attention to labs. I had hyperthyroidism and she never mentioned ed it. Also said MR not necessary even though family hx dictated it. Well, she owes me an apology. Guess what, I have same type of tumor my mom had and brain lesions. Thanks a lot for mistreating me. If you're considering her or going to her, RUN!!!

I live 1100 miles away from Hamilton and I still keep Dr Winters as my PCP, She and her staff are wonderful and I trust them completely

Best Dr. ever!!! Caring and makes you feel like you have been taken care of properly!!! No Better doctor in my 55 years. She was a stand in Dr for the Doctor I used to see...once I meet Dr Winters I changed to her for my doctoring needs. EXCELLENT! My Husband did the same.

Does this woman know what HIPPA is? During my visit I was interrupted by her staff 3 times. This was my 1st visit and she would talk to the nurse, pull up another case, give instructions- all as I sat there wondering when she would answer my questions. I asked over and over for her to explain the NUMEROUS new medications she wanted to put me on. SHE WOULD NOT. I tried to share my concerns, she spoke over me. She never relayed any information that I needed. I asked that she please give her attention to ME and literally within 5 seconds of that out of my mouth she took a cell phone call. I then walked out. THE POOREST EXPERIENCE WITH A GP I HAVE EVER HAD!! I'm surprised she even has a license to practice. She's awful and I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. BEWARE!!!

Fantastic staff and Doctor....

Even though it was listed as this location accepting Caresource they do not. I called and that was the first thing that asked is what insurance I have.
