Read the Google reviews. Just because she has a 5 star means nothing when you have the same complaint from several people. It should show you her priorities and way of practice. She milks insurance, nickels and dimes you for every service. Doesn’t care about medication regimens. If you are broke or out of meds and you don’t have an appointment she won’t fill them regardless of serious side effects from abruptly stopping. In my case I saw her the Monday prior. Just got brand new labs but couldn’t pay copay until the following week due to being out of work and only relying on my husband’s income. She felt that the risk was LESS by denying me the medication when she had labs that confirmed how to dose it than-losing her $35 copay. I know for a fact she could have prescribe me the medication with enough pills to get me to next appointment then fill the rest as I work in the industry. So knowing this she CHOSE to do this to me and didn’t lose a blink of sleep. Office staff is nice… as is Jennifer but she lacks a lot of important qualities as a good provider. It’s no good when your reputation pegs you as money hungry as opposed to excellent patient care. I’d imagine it’s the patients that don’t really know much about health that just believe what she says but on multiple appointments she didn’t know something I was talking about and googled it in front of me. Also told me once she googled an issue we were discussing. Why do I even pay $35 for a visit. I can get labs myself and tell you my thyroid is off. She pushes sales for weight loss medication injections and pellet hormones because most of this is out of pocket for the patient but she gets a nice chuck for the visit as though it’s complex. Don’t let the nice area, pretty office and the nice faces at the front desk fool you. I would not waste my time here. Just being honest. Her blatant lack of compassion and concern for me was enough. I’d be a fool to trust her with my health.

My first appointment with Jenn was amazing. She is so down to earth and knowledgeable and made it a point to make me feel comfortable and really listen to me. I was a big ball of nerves and she helped calm me down. I am so excited and grateful to have found such a caring Doctor. Not only was she amazing, but her staff was so incredibly nice and welcoming. Thank you all for providing such wonderful service!
