Dr. Jennifer Yai Wu, DDS

I knew I had found my dentist ever since my very first visit and have been Dr. Wu's patient for the past three years. The highest level of professionalism and skill in Dr. Wu, the best hygienist you can ask for in Charles, great facility, the friendliest office staff, and ...what's there not to love?!
Dr. Wu's office is proof that there're still good, honest dental practices out there!

Dr. Wu has been our family dentist for years. She's great with kids and great with adults, too. Very organized office with great front-office staff!

Had my cleaning done by their back up technician. She was so fantastic!! Very gentle and thorough!! I would go even as far as say my teeth were never so clean before :)
Of course, their whole staff is pleasant as always, Kathy at the front desk, Dr. Wu, who remembers to ask everything and check on your family …members and their teeth.
Not just professional but also pleasant all around experience!

First time exam and teeth cleaning

Everyone was extremely nice. I don't normal enjoy going to the dentist but I think I may have found 'the one' that I will return to. While I can see that they had a million things to do; they took the time to explain everything and make sure I got to ask any questions before proceeding. They're not pushy and won't try to sell you things you don't need!

As always the appointment was great. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but at Dr. Wu it is completely different. Everybody is so nice and really take care of each patient. Charles knows how to clean my teeth and he is very careful.

I had three fillings done this afternoon. I was even given a blanket because I was wearing shorts and it was cold for me in there.
The fillings were done relatively quickly and it was painless. I really didn't even feel any pressure.
So far, my experience with Dr. Wu and her office as been great.
My only complaint is that it's somewhat hard to get an appointment. Calendar seems very full!

I've been to Jennifer Wu's office three times now, and I've been very happy with my visits each time. I like that the office is fairly modernized, with new digital x-rays and computers in each patient area. I get email reminders before my appointments which is really helpful when the appointments are 6 months apart. Charles has been my hygienist each time. He's very friendly and talkative, and actually pauses after asking me a question to give me a chance to answer. He remembers certain things we've talked about even though it's 6 months in between meetings, which is nice. Although I've moved a bit further from their office recently, I still think I'll keep making
