I was seen on a Thursday & prescribed antibiotics and handed a print off that said I was diagnosed with a cough. Very little interaction or exact diagnosis provided by the doctor. After 5 days on the meds, I still wasn't feeling better so I went back. They did a chest x-ray. The medical assistant, not the doctor, comes into the room and says the x-ray was fine we sent Augmentin to your pharmacy. At the very least, the doctor should be coming back into the room to give the results of the x-ray, advise of what has been prescribed, what else (over the counter) can be taken to ease the symptoms, etc. I haven't been sick and in need of a doctor in 2 years. The fact that I have been there 2x in 1 week says how bad I felt. I had to ask to see the doctor for explanation as they tried to push me out the door. Very poor way of doing business. Horrible bedside manner. I've been going here since they opened in New Hudson. It's safe to say I'll be going somewhere else next time.
