Too aggressive on procedure.

She did say 'she thought I had long toes'. But after the surgery I looked in to other peoples feet; models, actresses, regular population and was discouraged that my toes were no different AND I wasn't having any discomfort with the "long toes" #2,3,4. But I didn't think nothing of it. I don't recall discussing that there were going to be additional screw for adjustment applied. I may be wrong or have forgotten. I am now suffering with cramps in two of the toes and the great toe that was bunion. Years later I went to another Dr., he didn't response with alarm of the condition of my feet. Although I did go to this Dr. to advise him that I am repeatedly standing and maybe walking with putting weight on the outer part of my foot, causing hip misalignment, and having cramps in my toes and muscle in the shin area during the night. I think she was OVER ZEALOUS with the decision to perform such a correction. We as patients need to very cautious seriously not to assume that a Dr. making a… statement such as that, but to give us a simpler procedure before deciding to perform extreme correction. One step at a time is the best recommendation. Bunion first and if any other trouble later, then so be it. The office visits seemed satisfying and profession assistance.
