Dr. Lutz is thorough, knowledgeable and generous with her time and listening. Plus, she has the most soothing, pleasant voice. "One or two?" and if I need it repeated several times, she is patient. Very zen. My former contacts were not comfortable any longer and she fitted me with a pair that is a game changer for my eyesight and quality of life.
