TeleMedicine | Open NowAssociates in Health Wellness Corp was conceptualized in 2000 by Ms. Delaleu with the primary goal of providing quality and accessible health care.Ms. Delaleu is a family nurse practitioner who offers primary care services with clinical experience in critical care medicine, cardiology, and electrophysiology. She is affiliated with Northwell Long Island Jewish Hospital, Northwell University Hospital at Manhasset, and South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, New York.Ms. Delaleu obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Stony Brook University in 1999 and a Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Columbia University in 2005, where she also obtained a Minor in Nursing Informatics.Ms. Delaleu is a proud member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of Long Island NPALI, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners AANP, and is board certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center, ANCC.
