Dr. Jenny Franczak, MD

Dr. Jenny treated my whole family for many years with compassion and respect. Just like with Dr. Jemsek, the North Carolina medical board has once again proven itself to be incompetent. A doctor in Greensboro is sexually assaulting women (“the clitoris is part of my hump exam, I touch it 3 times without advising the patient) is what Dr. M told the board…and they said fine, no problem. Dr. Jenny treats chronic Lyme and gives patients their lives back— and the North Carolina medical board tries to ruin her career. My guess is the board will be issuing an official apology to Dr. Franczak the same way they eventually did to Jemsek. For all the things these LLMDs do to help patients regain their health, I say, “Have a nice life review.” Seriously. Like could you be doing more of God’s work. The rewards for all your kindness, medical expertise and commitment to patients will come back to you. Let’s hope you get to experience some justice here in the meantime.

compassionate, she listens. a rare find in this day and age. i dont care what the medical board says based upon 1 complaint. not 1 time has she EVER gave me less than the best care in over 20 yrs.

Have been a patient of Dr. Franczak's for several years. She is one of the brightest, most compassionate doctors I have met in this very long difficult journey I have been on to regain my health. I suspect the negative reviews you may read are from one disgruntled patient who she had to let go because they were non compliant with their medication and solely drug seeking. Dr. F works in a small office with a very small staff, which means it can be hard to always get them on the phone. BUT you are definitely a name, not a number, with her. She even gives you her cell number so you can reach her in an emergency or after hours. Dr Franczak is patient and kind. She is also very knowledgable and empathizes with her patients who are dealing with chronic illness. I am mostly recovered thanks to her care.

Dr Franczak is caring and compassionate. She is not intimidated by challenging cases as most other MD’s appear to be. Very knowledgeable. Will go out of her way to make sure you have the prescriptions and treatment you need.

Dr. Franczak took the time to understand my medical issues and explain the treatment options to me, as well as form a long term plan. She won't give up on you when you have a complicated medical history, and she is excellent at keeping patients informed.

Dr. Franczak was able to correctly diagnose me and provides me with continuous care, helping me to get stronger and healthier.

Dr. F is a very compassionate physician. She gives you her full attention and appts always run long until she is sure all issues have been addressed and the patient is ready to say goodbye. Some doctors don't want complicated patients and find a way to brush them off, but Dr. F lets you know she's in this fight with you until you regain your health. She's truly one of a kind!

Dr. Franczak is really thorough and a great partner in my health. She took extensive time with me to understand my history and created a personal treatment plan that is getting me better. Through her assistant, I get response and excellent follow up by email. She is caring and is welcoming and supportive of supplemental herbs and nutritive support that complement treatment and healing. I have deep gratitude to Dr. F for her care, and finally have received answers and understanding about an illness that held me back for nearly 10 years.
