Dr. Jenny Chen Griswold, MD

We had not seen Dr. Griswold for a couple of years, even though we had made appointments a long time in advance. We saw another woman who was blatantly disrespectful to me. She did not listen to what I was trying to tell her about my daughter's health and was rude to me. My daughter's condition did not improve and I had to bring her back again. This time we saw Dr. Griswold. I thought she should be aware of what happened. It was not received well and she basically did not want to hear it and flew through the appointment without answering my questions. I always had a feeling that if something serious ever happened that I would not be comfortable with Dr. Griswold. I am looking for a new pediatrician. Sad to do this after all these years, but I feel relieved that my daughter will have a different Doctor. I don't feel good having to give this review, but I wish I knew this years ago. I based my ratings on these two visits.

Dr. Griswold's office is very responsive. For urgent appointments, I am able to get in within a day. The wait is reasonable, if Dr. Griswold is running, I'm notified as I walk in the office. She has great bedside manner and the kids are not afraid of her. She spends enough time with me to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend her as a doctor.

I have 2 kids and they both go to Dr Griswold. I can not ask for a more caring and patient doctor. She is great with my kids and the kids love her. I can call and schedule same day appointments with no problem. I have had BAD doctors before as I had to leave another Pediatrician because she was horrible. I would recommend Dr Griswold to all my friends she is great.

I've been using Pediatric Assoicates for 5 years now, and they continue to disapoint. This morning, I called for a walk in appointment for my daughter. I had pnemonia, and she was exposed, and was lethargic. They said come right in. We arrived at 11, waited in the crowded waiting room for 45 min, before being shown to the exam room. We were ignored for 30 min before I poked my head out the door and saw lights being turned off. The guy who made the appointment for me was walking by and assured me they weren't closing, and someone would be with me shortly. Another 15 min. later, a nurse poked her head in to see why our room was closed off and admitted they forgot about me. By then, my daughter had fallen asleep, and we both were exhausted. The dr. sat with us for 5 min, taking a personal cell phone call during this time, and told me we should come back Monday if things were the same.Let me encourage anyone looking for a pediatrician, look elsewhere. This is not the first time this has… happened to me there, but it is the LAST.
