Didn't listen to any of my concerns and rushed me out of the room within 10 minutes.

She is a horrible doctor who neglects her patients needs. Was told by nurse she was in the office until 3pm. Waited all day for a prescription to be called in and she neglected to do that. Left for the day at 2:45 on a holiday weekend and didn’t care that I have been waiting for 3 days for her to call it in. All she cares about is insurance money.

I was a patient of Dr So for probably 10 years, for physical exams, and left last year because I couldn't handle it anymore. The only positive things I can say is that the office staff and the nurses are wonderful, it's easy to make an appointment and to reach them on the phone. But my experience with Dr So bordered on negligence and I was tempted to write a letter to MKMG corporate office but didn't want to get her in trouble because she was so sweet. She spent a lot of time speaking with me at each visit, was very warm and friendly, but the exam itself was almost non-existent. I had to ask her to check my lymph nodes (which she still didn't do), listening to my heart took about 5 seconds (literally), the whole physical exam (after the discussion) was extremely rushed and over in four or five minutes, maybe less. I didn't know what an annual exam was supposed to be until I saw a different doctor. What a huge difference!
