Dr. Jenny Tseng, MD

AVOID THIS DR AND THEIR OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. Horrible experience. The woman who I believe is the doctors sister that works at the front desk is so horribly mean and nasty for absolutely no reason. I will never give this doctor my business and the other reviews seem to corroborate my experience, wish I had looked at the reviews first before I wasted my time.

I am a Vietnam veteran. I had a colonoscopy scheduled by the VA medical center of Dallas with Dr. Tseng. I read the reviews before my appointment and was very upset with what I had read. At first I thought about requesting another Dr. I am a Christian and decided to give her a chance. I really glad that I did. The reviews that I read were totally unfounded. I found Dr. Tseng and her staff were very warm, friendly as well as very professional and highly proficient at their job. I had absolutely no problems with billing, scheduling, bed side manor and the procedure was performed to perfection. I had to reschedule my first appointment due to illness and had no argument or question what so ever. I would like to undo an injustice to Dr. Tseng. I highly recommend her services to any and all comers. As for follow up she gave me an office visit before the procedure to explain every thing in detail, the she and her staff scheduled the procedure with Medical City of Plano, and then I just had… my follow up visit where she spent more than ample time explaining the result. She even took some time to just chat with my wife and I about our 50th wedding anniversary. Sounds like a warm hearted person to me. J Spencer

Worst ever service. They just dont care for the patient. Mean, a very mean and utterly rude front desk.

PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS DOC OFFICE. EXTREMELY RUDE FRONT DESK. The lady at the front desk doesn't listen what the patient is trying to say. very very rude. She called and left a threatening voice mail for cancellation. When we called and tried to find out why she did that, she kept on talking and doesn't let the other person. She just speaks and puts the phone down. VERY UNETHICAL. WILL BE COMPLAINING TO AMERICAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION AND DEPT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES.

All Jenny Tseng wants is money. Her office overcharged me and will not give me my refund stating my insurance company hasnt paid them. Her front office is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, COLD, and UNCARING. She will tell you one thing and do another. Its no surprise her office is always empty.

Had a colonoscopy and upper gi last year. Now when trying to get records for new dr for procedure staff is unable to send or let me pick up records for dr. We need results and described utmost importance and staff said it takes two weeks even if I show up in person per Hippa. Very unprofessional.

Finally find a GREAT Physician.

Cannot recommend this physician.
