I was totally wrong and I wish I could delete my 5 star review. On my second visit to this doctor, he would not even see me because with numb feet, I can't physically stand in the balance beam like scale in the homeless shelter he works at. He ordered an HIV test and hepatitis tests WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR MY CONSENT!! This is illegal and I'm going to make sure he gets his hinney kicked by whoever monitors doctors. He's as deceptive as it gets and now I'm going to throw the book at him and he's going to answer to the medical review board. I made him my PCP (foolishly) and by law he had to give me notice that he wouldn't be my Dr. Instead he had the charge nurse tell me he refused to see me unless I weighed in. WOW! He will regret this, I promise. My 7 tubes of blood he had drawn showed nothing, so he actually figured nothing out and isn't a Dr. House at all. That's the real reason he choose to hide in the back room instead of walk in the exam room and simply go over my test results… with me like a professional. I can't think of a more corrupt clinic than Family Health Center. My uncle is a Senator and he knows people. I hope your life is ready for inspection Jeff. Your no dr, your part of the problem not the solution. I'm announcing my grievances with him to the world. It's time this tragic excuse of a human went out to pasture. He picked the wrong person to screw. He's an idiot and an incompetent arrogant doctor. I'm coming for you and the clinic director that had the audacity to came into my room and angrily demand I do a public weigh in, before this Dr would see me. Pick a finger Dr. Gordon any finger. HAVE I MADE MYSELF CLEAR? All the negative reviews are totally justified honest and truthful. What he's sowed he will reap.

There is not one good thing to say about this person. He is a horrible doctor, he lied to my face. He can't find his way out of a paper bag, let alone figure out anything like a medical condition. Why on earth does this place keep this quack on staff. He should be fired. The director of the clinic he works at is the biggest tool in the profession. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE>

Your better off googling what your illnesses is then wasting your time seeing this guy.He doesn't know what he's talking about and he's a liar too

He spent 20 minutes reading my file before he came in. Who does that? No one! He truly cares and I would know. I'm now an expert patient, having seen 2-3 a week trying to live through several life threatening problems. He's the first doctor that showed the slightest interest in being my doctor and finding out why I've been circling the drain for over a year. He believed me. I wasn't asking for pain pills either. His staff called me to follow up and get me in to see a specialist. No other doctor has done that for me. I immediately made him my PCP and I am a happy camper. I hope he never retires as doctors like him are a rare treasure and having access to his wisdom is priceless. I left a $450 a visit dr. to have him instead. If you need help, don't settle for less, Dr. Gordon just might save your life. He certainly rescued me and FINALLY got me off the patient hamster wheel. Your stuck with me Doc. And I couldn't be more grateful that you took the time to help this young lady.

Don't waste your time with this doctor get another one

Cold & non-compassionate. I'm not the only patient who feel disgruntled with him as their doctor. He's okay if you have an injury or the flu, but other ailments, he gets judgmental with his bedside manner and then carries a cocky attitude. I feel he must have gotten embittered over the years. I do NOT recommend him as a family physician! I have had much more helpful doctors before and after him!

I love Dr G, y'all got to remember he's been in practice for almost 40 years... I would be a bit of a grump too.He has been very good to me and very caring of my health... I have no idea why he's getting so many bad reviews.I <3 Dr. G!

I went to him due to my serious injury to my neck. I was thrown through a car window across the freeway on my head. He was absolutely inhumane. Cold, uncaring and couldn't have cared less. He just said, there is nothing wrong with you and I don't believe you are in any pain. I had just been to an Orthopedic specialist in Palm Springs, she told me I had the worst neck she had ever seen on a person my age. I am only 39 years old. I was hoping to get some care with Dr. Gordon, instead, he said "since I have had to spend so much time with you, I am going to charge you $85.00 for your office visit. I am a grown man, but felt like crying because I was in such pain, and he couldn't have cared less. Plus I am out of work because I can't work in this condition, so really couldn't afford the $85.00. He is horrible, absolutely horrible!
