My 92 year old father is in peril, and this officer refuses to release his medical records without a 30 day notice. My father could be dead in 30 days!

Both my husband and myself are Dr. Chapla's patients. I personally LIKE the fact that Dr. Chapla is caring and thorough, and is so clearly dedicated to our health and well-being. He takes his time with his patients and doesn't overbook like other doctors do (which explains why his waiting room isn't typically full). This being said, his front office staff is the WORST I have ever had been in contact with in a doctor's office - in ANY doctor's office. It's a shame. He is such as nice and capable doctor, and it would have been great to see a good quality team to go with him ... Still, if you can put up with rude, uncaring, lazy front office staff, you will be rewarded with excellent medical care ...

He is most importantly a good doctor and is also sweet and kind and caring but his girl in office she is very nasty she gets mad so easily She is efficient but scary to deal with She makes me want to leave but I like Dr. Chapla

Short wait time, efficient staff, competent doctor who was considerate and knowledgeable.

Dr Chapla is an idiot. My father had a mini stroke and he told my dad that he didn't have stroke it was a panic attack!!!! It was confirmed that my father did in fact have a mini stroke. He discharged my father solely because he said my dad "looked fine". REALLY!!! He also discharged my dad before any of his test results were back. Can you say MALPRACTICE!!! DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!

1)EVERY time I call Dr Chapla's office . The person answering the phone NEVER identifies who whey are! They always say Dr. Chapla. They never say "Dr. Chapla"s office, This is Sue, how may I help you". 2) They only accept CASH or CHECK only! Come on guys!!! This is the 21st century!! 3) There are no computers used in the exam rooms. It only appears they are used for billing. They are still a paper intensive buisness. 4) The office and exam rooms are old and outdated. 5) I'm switching Doctors.......

Rudest doctor ever experienced!! Does not like to answer questions, was told did not have much time to spend which was a very serious medical condition experiencing. Would never recommend this doctor!!! Rude, Rude, Rude is all I can say.

My husband and I are both long term patients of Dr. Chapla. We recommend him highly. He will always take the time needed to answer all our concerns.

He explained my condition in a manner I could understand. I felt that he really cared.
