Dr. Jeremiah Lee Deneve, DO

Dr. Deneve operated on me (laparoscopic hemicolectomy) three weeks ago. He did a fantastic job; I've had relatively little pain (manageable just with tylenol), no complications, and am rapidly returning to my prior level of activity. His explanations before and after surgery were patient, clear, and non-technical. He spent a lot of time with me and my wife explaining everything. Highly recommended.

Dr. Deneve is an amazing doctor and genuinely cares for his patients. He is very knowledgeable and shares his knowledge of the disease with his patients. However, his team of nurses at the office are either nonchalant or understaffed. I understand that they have an abundance of work to make everything work for the patient and Dr. Deneve, i.e. insurance, scheduling, plan of care, etc. But it has to be some type of accountability on their end for post-surgery patients. I had surgery two months ago, and my short term disability benefits are soon to expire. The company that provides the benefits has not been able to get in touch with the nurse and she has not returned any phone calls for the past five days. That is a major concern because my STD benefits are the only means provided in which I can take care of my children under three years old for the next six weeks, if extended. The nurses have enough experience to know that these types of surgeries take a toll on families emotionally and… financially. So to have any delays on their end is extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional towards the patient. Also, my employer has been waiting for three weeks to have paperwork faxed indicating my return to work date. I have been calling trying to get this situation handled but I have only spoken with the nurse once. Any other time the receptionist takes a message, which is always rushed. I am writing this not to question Dr. Deneve’s competencies but rather take precautions for the team of nurses that you will be working with if your a provider for your family.

I have had two appointments with Dr. Deneve. He has an excellent bedside manner, outgoing & upfront about your situation. He answers your questions without being rushed. His education & expertise give me complete confidence in his hands.

Dr. DeNeve is my sister's surgical oncologist. From day one he has been there for her all the way. He is very skilled, kind, compassionate, warm, treats his staff well and is not afraid to say he is a Christian. He prayed with us before he did my sister's surgery, and that meant a lot. She is always able to get ahold of him during emergencies, he takes his time answering questions and concerns. He really and truly cares about his patients. We love his NP Dina too, she is amazing. They both are!

Dr. Deneve is awesome. I was diagnosed with appendix cancer in 2016 and was lucky enough to have this doctor for my surgery. He brought me back from the brink and has kept me well since then. He has a wonderful bedside manner and answers all of your questions and concerns. I probably wouldn't be here today if it hadn't been for my surgeon and the decisions that he had to make in regard to my health. He is wonderful, and I thank God for him daily. My life depended on him. Thank you.

Did my cancer surgery and result was magnificent! Very knowledgeable and caring with and the ability to discuss and describe the procedures. If you have to be sliced and diced, this is the guy to do it.

When one receives a diagnosis of Melanoma , it can be overwhelming to a previously healthy 65 yr old...Dr Deneve was so calm and reassuring and confident that all would end well that it placed me at ease. Even with my second diagnosis of Melanoma 3 months later , I remained assured by Dr Deneve's care and removal of the problem and concern for my well being .

Dr. Deneve performed a five-hour liver surgery on my 78 year-old husband. The surgery was complicated but Dr. Deneve skillfully removed half the liver, the gall bladder, and repaired a hernia. He is a fine, Christian oncologist, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an oncologist-surgeon. We give him a five-star rating.
