I have never been treated with such disrepect and lack of compassion by anyone especially a person with a professional back ground as his. Let alone to call me a liar because I got thewrong doctors name of thee referring doctor. He did not realy take the time to look at records when I refused the option of injection in my back I became non compliant patient in his eyes. The fact that the last time I was given an injection they screwed it up and I was sent by ablublence from thier center to the emergency in great hope lthier misstake did not cause parayllis because spinal fuild wass squirting out off spine and was not sure if the needle with medication in it when to much into spinal fuild. He could not understand my reason for not wanting to do injection? if I coud give him a negative 1000 would not be enough to stay how bad his treatment. I would not recommend him to have physical contact with patientence until he himself had some intense traininng on compassion , bedside… manner and how every person that walks into that door be treated with a standard of dignity and respect. I am sure that there are other doctors that my be available there and I would tell you to go to them instead.!!!

My experience with Dr. Broadnax has been very positive from the first visit. He was thorough with his assessment and explained the plan of care in detail. I felt very confident in him. I have now had the The injections he recommended with great success. He is very skilled at what he does. My pain has been reduced and am very pleased with the results.

My husband is a wounded veteran with multiple spine issues including spinal injury. This doctor refused to do anything. Basically said nothing could be done. Didn't perform an exam just asked what had been done and said he could do no further and said we could always go see Dr. K in an unprofessional manner. I have no idea who the doctor he was referring to is, but maybe we should see him. Never felt so insulted by a doctor in my life. We see a lot of them. Unprofessional, lacks competence and a complaint is being filed. If you can seek treatment elsewhere.

i didnt ask him about his fancy degree but he did tell me about it. never mentioned the report from radiology. radiology says compression fracture, bad disc and impinged nerve. this guy says it's a transitional bone-cant see why you would have any pain. really? i wont ever step in that place again as long as mercy ortho hospital in ozarkwill have me

Excellent Doctor very kind and courteous

I was very impressed with Dr. Broadnax. The red tape, communication and mixed up billing etc. regarding the business staff is horrible.
