Dr.Carpenter is caring and very intelligent. I will always continue to see him and have no complaints.

He provides horrible service. My wife has been seeing him for the past 3 months. Every time he is supposed to be refilling prescriptions they are late. As of today, she had been 3 days without her prescription and it is Saturday so we don’t expect him to answer any calls for three more days. We are evaluating whether to report him to the Board and file a small claims law suit to recover his fees for the last three month. He is endangering her safety and affecting her ability to perform at work. I do not recommend.

Not at all good in the profession he is in . Very dry and quite rude .
