Horrible! I had a mild case of ingrown and Dr. Cook decided to cut the nail all the way through the roots. He missed and tore it badly. I had to have it fixed by another specialist. I did write a nice letter to the doctor with a picture of my toe so that he can replay. I am now writing this review since I never got a reply! Given his affiliation with Mount Auburn Hospital, I will send a copy of that letter and photo to the Hospital president. This should not happen to anyone else

had what he called a simple procedure which ruined my foot. He never acknowledge his mistake, pretended he did not know what happened- there was a 5 mm bone overcut. Avoid at all price
