Hello, just wanted to drop a note on the fantastic job Dr Jeremy Girmann, at the Veterans Hospital did for me. I had been having problems with my knee. I work all day doing different things and move around a lot. Dr. Girmann worked with me with my preferences and provided person centered care for me. At first it was the cortisone injections, then when those were not effective, he explained a new injection. He was very thorough in providing information about the treatment he was giving me. He was honest about the pain I would have. He followed up with me to see how it was working as I have a bad habit of cancelling appts. I am very please at how it puts up with my attitude and wise cracks. When he first met me, I was quite upset at how difficult it was to find him at the Ft. Thomas location...so he had to deal with a very distraunt patient and he reassured me that he would communicate my frustration with VA leadership. He is very good and de-escalating with his mild mannerism. I would… recommend him to any patient who is suffering with ortho pain. Besides being really good at talking to me in plain language, explaining the processes and ramifications, he is nice on the eyes. Hope you all enjoyed reading this, as I do not do this often, only when it is truly merited, but the most important thing is that you realize that you have a gem at the VA medical center. He is great!

Dr. Girmann and his staff are excellent. I have experienced several injuries and have always received the best care at Inertia Medical. The professionalism is unparalleled. Dr. Girmann takes the time to explain what is going on and walks through different treatment options, often taking care of everything in a single visit. He has also called on several occasions during evenings and weekends just to answer questions. I highly recommend this practice!

I'm thrilled after my first visit with Dr. Girmann. I was diagnosed by an orthopedic surgeon with a labral tearing of the hip socket. I was scheduled for surgery but my insurance would not cover the procedure. I chose an alternative path of treatment with Dr Girmann. He gave me an ultrasound and manipulated my hip and came up with a proper diagnosis. With an injection into my hip and proper stretching I have been pain free for 4 days. Best 4 days of my recent life, even with the snow and cold!!! I will continue to work with Dr. Girmann as needed.

I’ve only had one appointment with Jeremy so far and he was great. He went out of his way to understand my situation, and it was easy to see that he was truly dedicated to helping me in any way he could. He wants to act as soon as possible, and performed a minor procedure with me during our first day consultation. He isn’t your standard doc. He’s a dude that understands the frustrations of typical offices, and just wants to help his patients live their life. For the first time ever I can say I’m excited for my next doctor’s appointment. He’s a wonderful guy to work with.

Dr. Jeremy R. Girmann is a true genuine Doctor that understands a patient's needs and is very accurate of his diagnosis and follow up. His treatment of my chronic hip and leg pain since my prostate operation over two years ago is exactly what I needed and can't thank him enough.
