Felt like boxes were checked off, I wasn't able to talk and explain my situation or the urgency, felt rushed and mislabeled, then when reactions to med, was not a big deal...was told to get in soon and basically told to call call center. Don't feel was understood how bad my issue has been and that I can't wait 8 weeks but I wasn't able to express that, and I needed to! Now I'm suffering horribly and weeks till another appt . This shouldn't be a rushed diagnosis of fast questions without me being able to express the urgency and pain I've suffered too long. Felt like a favorite drug prescribed rather than discussing options...which I tried to do. I need help now! I've gone through it go ? Too long...and it's not an assembly line of a few different meds for each person with no sense of true concern.
