Jeremy is always very thorough and answers all my questions. I want to do everything to improve/maintain my health and he explained and showed me how to do that. He also told me that if I ever need anything I can message or come back in. Thank you!!! He always asks if I have anymore questions or concerns which I appreciate because I want to understand exactly what I can do to help myself. Thanks again.
